Do you repair or remove popcorn ceilings in older Mountlake Terrace homes?
Yes — a lot of the city's pre-1970 homes still have popcorn or acoustic ceilings, and we can repair damaged sections or help transition a ceiling to a smooth or modern texture. If the ceiling contains asbestos, however, that requires a different type of remediation.

Will the repair match my existing paint color exactly?
In most cases, yes — we blend new paint into the surrounding wall or ceiling so the repair disappears rather than leaving a visible patch. This is helped significantly if you have the original paint or a can to get the exact same mix. Paint companies will match a sample, but they do not always get it exactly. For the best results, especially with a sample-match a full-wall or full-ceiling recoat gives the cleanest result.
