Service Areas

Drywall Repair Across North King & Snohomish County

Patchworks is owner-operated, so we know our service area well — from the Alderwood Mall corridor to the waterfront in Mukilteo. Below are the cities and neighborhoods we work in most. Don't see your area listed? Call or text 425-610-8168 — there's a good chance we still cover it.

Our most-covered area, ranging from older Alderwood Manor homes to newer construction near Lynnwood City Center, with neighborhoods like Meadowdale, Scriber Lake, and Cedar Valley in between. We see everything here, from texture-matching an older knockdown ceiling to cleaning up drywall after a remodel near the mall corridor.

Edmonds mixes craftsman bungalows and mid-century ramblers in the Bowl with newer condos and townhomes closer to the waterfront, plus established mid-century homes in Seaview, Perrinville, and Westgate. Older plaster-and-lath ceilings near the water call for careful texture work, while the newer condo stock nearer downtown tends to need cleaner, more straightforward drywall patching.

About half of Mountlake Terrace's housing predates 1970, so mid-century ramblers around Lake Ballinger and Melody Hill are common, alongside a wave of new townhomes, condos, and apartments rising near the Link light rail Town Center. That split means we're just as often matching an older textured ceiling as we are patching drywall in a brand-new build.

Brier is known for large wooded lots and a semi-rural feel, with split-level and ranch homes sitting alongside newer custom builds with vaulted great rooms and stone-and-Craftsman detailing. The bigger floor plans here often mean more wall and ceiling surface area to match, especially in open-concept newer builds.

Mill Creek was built as a planned community around a golf course in the 1970s, so you'll find established single-family homes from that era mixed with newer townhomes and condos near the walkable Town Center. Repair work here ranges from refreshing older tree-lined-street homes to patching up newer attached housing after a remodel.

Everett

Everett is really several markets in one: historic craftsman and colonial homes with original plaster in North Everett neighborhoods like Bayside and Port Gardner, and newer suburban construction in South Everett near Boeing and Paine Field. The older homes call for careful, patient texture matching; the newer ones often require a precise, clean, smooth finish.

Mukilteo

Mukilteo runs from waterfront bluff estates and the master-planned Harbour Pointe community around its golf course to the smaller historic homes of Old Town near the lighthouse and ferry terminal. We handle everything from vaulted-ceiling repairs in newer view homes to touch-ups in Old Town's older housing stock.

Snohomish

Snohomish's historic downtown is known for well-preserved Victorian and craftsman homes from the late 1800s, while the surrounding valley holds rural acreage properties on well and septic systems. The Victorian-era homes often need careful plaster-and-lath texture matching, while rural properties more commonly call us for water-damage repair.

Lake Stevens

Lake Stevens pairs established homes around its namesake lake with fast-growing new construction communities like Cavalero and South Cove. Lakefront homes tend to need more custom texture and paint matching, while the newer subdivisions usually need quick post-construction touch-ups.

Bothell

Bothell mixes 1980s-era homes around Canyon Park's biotech and tech campuses with newer, larger construction in North Creek. We regularly handle after-contractor patching for homeowners mid-remodel, plus texture matching on the area's older 1980s drywall.

Kirkland

Kirkland spans mid-century ramblers and split-levels in North Kirkland and Rose Hill all the way to high-end new construction and condos near downtown and Lake Washington. That range means we do everything from matching decades-old texture to clean, precise repairs in newer waterfront-adjacent homes.

Kenmore

Kenmore's older neighborhoods — Arrowhead, Uplake, and the postwar homes of Kenlake Vista — sit along the north shore of Lake Washington, while newer townhomes have been filling in around the revitalized downtown and Bothell Way corridor. The older lakeside homes often come with original systems and deferred maintenance that turn into water-damage repair calls, while the newer downtown infill is more standard drywall patching.

Shoreline

Right on the King/Snohomish line, Shoreline's Ballinger and Briarcrest areas are full of mid-century ramblers and split-levels — some dating to the 1950s — alongside newer townhomes near the city's Link light rail stations. It's one of our core areas, with steady work in both the older ramblers and the newer builds going up nearby.

Lake City

This North Seattle neighborhood covers subdivisions like Victory Heights, Meadowbrook, and Cedar Park, with architecture ranging from older bungalows and mid-century ranches to newer infill construction. We match texture on the older bungalow stock just as often as we patch drywall in newly built infill homes.

Northgate

Northgate is in the middle of a major transformation, with new mixed-use and multifamily construction rising around the light rail station alongside established single-family pockets nearby. New-construction turnover repairs are common here, alongside standard patching in the area's older homes.

Woodinville

Woodinville is Eastside wine country, known for acreage and equestrian estates on Hollywood Hill alongside walkable townhomes and condos near the Town Center and Schoolhouse District. Most homes here were built between the 1970s and early 2000s and run large, so repairs often mean bigger vaulted ceilings and more wall surface to texture-match than a typical suburban job.
